COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
SEPTEMBER 15, 1976
1. The meeting was called to order by the Acting Mayor at 8:00 A.M.
Present: Acting Mayor Kuchera, Councilmen Akin, Johnson, McElmury
Absent: Mayor Daily
Also Present: Administrator Ford
2. The council discussed several items and subject matter relative to the
1977 budget. Of primary important was the decision to charge the HRA in
1977 a flat fee of $7500 for the services of the City Administrator regardless
of the degree of use and further to inform the HRA that the present council
would desire not to continue the shared arrangements beyond 1977.
3. Motion made and carried to adjourn at 10:30 A.M.
