MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
SEPTEMBER 21, 1976
1. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 5:15 P.M.
Present: Mayor Daily, Councilmen Akin, Johnson, Kuchera, McElmury
Also Present: Administrator Ford
2. The Mayor stated that this meeting had been set at the regular council
meeting of September 20, 1976.
3. The council dealt with several matters relating to the 1977 budget such
as: (1) Fringe Benefits, (2) Fire Department Capital outlay, (3) Park and
Recreation capital outlay, (4) Finance Department Wages.
4. The council set a special meeting for 8:00 A.M. , September 22, 1976.
Motion made and carried to adjourn at 10:00 P.M.
