MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
SEPTEMBER 22, 1976
1. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:OO A.M.
Present: Mayor Daily, Councilmen Akin, Johnson, Kuchera, McElmury
Also Present: Administrator Ford
2. The council dealt with several matters pertaining to the 1977 budget
including Finance Department wages, fringe benfits, review of garbage
rates and the possibility of including sealcoating in improvement fund
contracts rather than budgeting in the general fund.
3. The council approved a budget adjustment for General Services from $200
to $260 for a lawn mower.
4. Motion by McElmury, second by Kuchera authorizing the payment of. $1659
for accoustical material to Pioneer Continental. . APIF, motion carried.
S. The council authorized a budget adjustment from the Park miscellaneous
capital outlay of $1000 to Equipment, Westview Acres, $1000.
6. Councilman Johnson was excused at 10:00 A.M.
7. Motion by McElmury, second by Kuchera to authorize the Liquor Store Manager
to purctase shelving in the amount of $350.00. APIF, motion carried.
8. Motion made and carried to adjourn at 10:20 P.M.
