MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
OCTOBER 11, 1976
1. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 5:00 P.M.
The Mayor stated for the record that this meeting had been established at the
previous meeting of October 8, 1976.
2. The Mayor further stated that this meeting was called for final review of the
1977 budget and was the 10th meeting of the council dealing with the 1977 budget.
3 . Present: Mayor Daily, Councilmen Akin, Johnson, Kuchera, McElmury
Also Present: Administrator Ford
4. The council discussed the final revision of the budget presented for their
approval. The Administrator was advised that in the resolution itself, the date
1976 should be changed to 1977. Also, the Council decided that in the disbursements
under contingency line item, the amount should be reduced from $15,000 to $10,000.
Motion by McElmury, second by Kuchera that with the above changes to adopt
Resolution #R79-76 approving the 1977 budget and authorizing its certification to
the Dakota. County Auditor. APIF, motion carried.
5. Motion made and carried to adjourn at 5:30 P.M.
