COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
JUNE 23, 1977
1. The meeting was called to order at 4:00 P.M. by the Mayor
Present: Mayor Akin, Councilmen Johnson, Kuchera and McElmury
Excused: Councilman Whittier
Also Present: Administrator Ford
2. The Mayor wanted to make note of the fact that the press was present.
3. Motion by McElmury, second by Kuchera that the City Council hereby grant
local approval to the application of the Farmington Arena for a state Liquor
Display and Consumption License at 114 West Spruce St. APIF, motion carried.
4. Motion by Akin, second by Kuchera that the City grant to itself, the
municipal arena, a license for the sale of non-intoxicating 3.2 beer. APIF
motion carried.
S. Motion by Kuchera, second by McElmury to adopt Resolution #R32-77 authorizing
the sale and approving the form of bonds in the amount o 70,000 to Jurand and
Moody at a net yield of S.14o for fund #6-24-77, 1977 improvement. APIF, motion
carried.
6. Motion made and carried to adjourn at 4:30 P.M.
