COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
AUGUST 30, 1977
1. The meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Kuchera at 7:30 P.M.
Present: Acting Mayor Kuchera, Councilmen Johnson, McElmury, Whittier
Absent: Mayor Akin
Also Present: Administrator Ford, Special Counsel McBrien
Z. The council discussed the ongoing Castle Rock Annexation action.
3. A record of the proceedings were made and are in the possession of the special
counsel: John McBrien
4. Motion made and seconded to adjourn at 8:50 P.M.
