COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
SEPTEMBER 10, 1977
1. The meeting was called to order by the Acting Mayor at 2:OO P.M.
Present: Acting Mayor Kuchera, Councilmen McElmury, Whittier
Absent: Mayor Akin and Councilman Johnson
Also Present: Administrator Ford, Attorney Gorgon, Engineer Blaisdell
2. The council received the report of the City Administrator concerning the
negotiations with Dakota Electric Association involving the municipal sewer
installation for their new building at 4300 220th Street West.
3. Further direction was given the Administrator in the conduct of negotiations,
upon advice of Attorney and upon information from staff.
4. A record of the Proceedings were made and are in the possession of the City
Attorney.
S. Motion made and seconded to adjourn at 2:45 P.M.
