COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
SEPTEMBER 14, 1977
1. The meeting was called to order by the Acting Mayor Kuchera at 5:00 P.M.
Present: Acting Mayor Kuchera, Councilmen McElmury and Whittier
Absent: Mayor Akin and Councilman Johnson
Also Present: Administrator Ford and Special Counsel McBrien
2. The council discussed the ongoing Castle Rock Annexation Action.
3. A record of the proceedings were made and are in the possession of the Special
Counsel John McBrien.
4. Motion made and seconded to adjourn at 6:15 P.M.
