COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
SEPTEMBER 26, 1977
1. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by Acting Mayor Kuchera
Present: Acting Mayor Kuchera, Councilmen Johnson, McElmury, Whittier
Absent: Mayor Akin
Also Present: Administrator Ford
2. This was a special meeting devoted to the 1978 budget.
3. The council reviewed the previously considered capital outlay portion of the
budget and made applicable modification.
4. The remainder of the meeting was devoted to positions; classifications and
wage rates.
5. Motion made and seconded to adjourn at 8:30 P.M.
