COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
OCTOBER 4, 1977
1. This was a special meeting called by the Council at their meeting of
October 3, 1977, to accommodate an invitation from the Castle Rock Town Board
for the City Council of Farmington to attend that Board meeting in the Castle
Rock Town Hall.
2. In attendance were Acting Mayor Eugene Kuchera and City Councilman Harry
McElmury. A Quorum of the Farmington council was not present.
3. Attending with the City Council members were special Counsel John McBrien.
4. The Farmington representatives entered into a general discussion with the
members of the Town Board concerning matters of annexation. No actions were
taken, no decisions were made, no motions processed.
S. The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
