COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
AUGUST 16, 1978
5:30 P.M.
1. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 5:30 P.M.
Present: Mayor Akin, Councilmen Johnson, Kuchera, McE]mury
Absent: Councilman Whittier
Also Present: Administrator Ford
2. Note: This was a Revenue Sharing public hearing continued at the meeting
of August 15, 1978 (par 4). The purpose was to conduxt field inspections of
specific physical problems raised by private citizens.
3. The council proceeded to inspect the following sites:
605 Linden - Vacant lots
2 5th Street - Storm Drainage
West End - Upper 183rd Drainage problem
4. City Administrator Ford was excused at 6:15 P.M.
5. At 8:00 P.M. the public hearing was continued to 7:30 P.M. , September 5,
1978, as previously and separately published.
6. Motion made and seconded to adjourn at 8:00 P.M.
