COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
SEP'MMER 20, 1978
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by the Mayor
Present: Mayor Akin, councilmen Johnson, Kuchera, McElmury
Absent: Whittier
2. The purpose of this special meeting was to respond to an invitation from
Dakota Electric Association for the council in a group, to tour the building
which they are vacating on 3rd Street with an eye toward interesting the City
Council in acquiring that building for municipal use. The council immediately
left the council chambers in a group and parted for the Dakota Electric Build-
ing in which they were on a conducted tour until 8:30 P.M. at which time the
meeting was adjourned. There were no decisions made, no opinions voiced.
