SUBJECT: Ordinance Repealing Title 4 Chapter 3, Amending Section 10-6-3: Signs, Billboards and Amending Section 10-2-1: Definitions DATE: November 26, 2002 INTRODUCTION/DISCUSSION The Planning staff and City Attorney's Office are continuing to make revisions to the sign ordinance. The City Attorney's Office is suggesting formatting changes to streamline the sign ordinance to assist in providing a user-friendly ordinance. Therefore, the Planning staff suggests that the Planning Commission continue the public hearing for the sign ordinance to the December 10, 2002 meeting. .
