CALL TO ORDER - 7:00 P.M. 2. PUBLIC HEARINGS a. 7:00 P.M. - Preliminary Plat - Dakota Meadows Townhomes This is a replat of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 3 of Dakota County Estates 9th Addition. The plat conforms with the previously approved site plan prepared as part of the amendment to the Dakota County Estates POD, which increased the density of Lots 1,2 and 3, Block 3 of Dakota County Estates 9th Addition by four units. There are sixteen townhouse lots proposed in two clusters, plus one common area which will be used for landscaping, access to the units, and on site ponding. The plat meets zoning criteria of the POD amendment and engineering data was reviewed as part of that process. Because public utilities will be extended to individual lots within this plat, a Developer's Agreement will be required. Recommendation Approve the preliminary plat subject to the requirements outlined by the City Engineer when the POD was amended with respect to this site. b. 7:00 P.M. - Continued Hearing - prairie Creek Fourth Addition The 60 day limit on plat review will end on Monday, April 29th. Therefore, revised plans will need to be reviewed by the engineering staff prior to the meeting. If this is not possible, the developer will need to extend the review time for the City to complete its recommendation. This would be preferable to a denial based upon inadequate information. Recommendation Approve the preliminary plat of Prairie Creek Fourth Addition provided that the revised engineering plans have been completed in time for the City Engineer to review. 3 .
