Riste Building Demolition Project
Commission No. 072091
Dear Council Members:
At 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 27,2007, six (6) bids were received for the
demolition of the Riste Building. The bids were of an acceptable range and all
bids were within your project budget A copy of the bid tabulation is enclosed for
your review. The following is our recommendation:
Base Bid - Riste Building Demolition
$33,400
.
The base bid includes the demolition of the Riste Building and infill of the site to
match adjacent grades.
We recommend the City of Farmington enter into a contract with Doboszenski &
Sons, Inc. Construction for a total amount of $33,400.
