ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
SPECIAL
NOVEMBER 15, 1988
1. Chairperson Riste called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Members Present: Riste, Mayer, Meyer, Sprute, Boeckman.
Members Absent: None.
Also Present: Executive Director Thompson.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to interview candidates for the EDC
Executive Director position. The EDC interviewed Gerald Henricks and
Gary Patterson.
3. It was the consensus of the EDC to eliminate Mark Kinney as a candidate.
The EDC directed Executive Director Thompson to inform Mr. Kinney of the
decision.
4. The EDC directed Executive Director Thompson to prepare a background
investigation on the remaining candidates. It was the consensus of the EDC
to meet on November 29, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the background report
and candidates selection.
5. MOTION by Boeckman, second by Sprute to adjourn at 9:45 P.M. . APIF, MOTION
CARRIED.
