ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
REGULAR
SEPTEMBER 10, 1992
1. Due to lack of quorum the monthly meeting could not be held.

Members Present: Harms, Thelen.
Members Absent: Pollock, Sifferath, Galler.
Also Present: Director Henricks.
2. The two members briefly reviewed the new structure for EDC noting a concern that
no clear role or responsibility for the new economic development group had been
established. They were satisfied with the established for the "area wide enhancement
group".
3. The two members were informed that the Star City video was complete. Therefore,
the necessary Star City work plan will be modified and submitted to the State of
Minnesota this month.
4. Discussion was completed at 4:35 P.M.
