ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION

MARCH 11, 1993
1. Meeting called to order at 5:00 P.M. by Chairperson Galler.
Members Present: Galler, Thelen, Pollock.
Members Absent: Harms, Sifferath.
Also Present: Director Henricks, Dan Mingo.
2. MOTION by Thelen second by Pollock to approve the dissolution of the
Economic Development Commission as of March 11, 1993. VOTING FOR: Galler,
Thelen, Pollock. VOTING AGAINST: None. MOTION CARRIED.
EDC IS OFFICIALLY DISSOLVED AS OF MARCH 11, 1993.
