REGULAR WATER BOARD MEETING
Monday, April 27, 2015
7:00 PM
Council Conference Room 169

Members Present: Weierke, Jensen, Snobeck
Members Absent: None
Staff Present: Kevin Schorzman, City Engineer, Sue Miller, Administrative Assistant
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Chair Weierke at 7:00 p.m.
1. Approve Agenda – Motion by Jensen, second by Weierke to approve agenda as presented. APIF, Motion
Carried.
2. Approve Minutes – March 23, 2015 – Motion by Weierke second by Jensen to approve the minutes with the
following correction: Correct amount of bills to $19,496.76 APIF, Motion Carried.
3. Water Citation Appeals – None
4. Continued Business
a. Wellhead Protection Plan RFP - Engineer Schorzman shared the result of the bid opening with the
Board. Motion by second by Jensen to approve the proposal of Barr Engineering in the amount of
$7900.00. APIF, Motion Carried.
b. 2015 Water Patrol Position – Motion Snobeck second by Weierke to approve the seasonal hiring of
Dominique Wright as the Water Patrol for 2015. APIF, Motion Carried
c. Approve Agreement DNR SCADA – Motion by Jensen second by Snobeck to approve the
agreement with the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). APIF, Motion Carried.
5. New Business
a. 2015 Water Conservation Education Plan -Engineer Schorzman reviewed the plan with the Board.
Motion by Snobeck second by Weierke to approve the 2015 education plan. APIF, Motion Carried.
6. Approve Bills – Motion by Weierke second by Snobeck to approve the bills in the amount of $13,663.85.
APIF, Motion Carried
7. Open Forum – None
8. Adjourn – Motion by Weierke second by Jensen to adjourn at 7:26 PM. APIF, Motion Carried.
