Call to Order: Chair Pennie Page called meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. Members Present: Blanche Reichert, Mary Garlets, Pennie Page, Pat Hennen, Larry Smith, and Judy Janke Members absent: Marge Koski Others Present: Parks and Recreation Director Kellee Omlid, Recreation Supervisor Missie Kohlbeck 2. Approve Agenda Motion made by Reichert seconded by Janke to approve November 14, 2022 agenda. All persons in favor (APIF). Motion carried. 3. Approve Minutes Motion made by Hennen to approve October 10, 2022 meeting minutes and seconded by Garlets, APIF. Motion carried. 4. Presentations 5. Business Items 6. Discussion Items A. Review of Breakfast and Silent Auction Fundraiser Recommendations for next year included dedicated use of Nicolai Board Room for one week prior to make baskets, donation form must be completed, supplies and bows made ahead of time, and volunteers to take baskets to car. We sold two sets of MDC cards. B. Capital Projects and Capital Improvement Fund RRCAB members reviewed the project lists. Monitors to identify what program is where was suggested to be added to the list. Staff will research cost. There was also discussion regarding master planning of the facility and use of grant money. C. Barriers to Getting to the Rambling River Center Calling former members whose membership expired to invite them back is one of the action items that has been identified. Janke volunteered to do some calling. We will review ageism at the December meeting. D. 2023 Work Plan Ideas Page had the following ideas:  Focus on programs for multi-generations.  Make RRC an inviting destination for all ages and a vibrant source for learning, socialization, and physical wellbeing.  Market and promote RRC using statistical measurements. E. Review 2022 Work Plan Progress Page reviewed the work plan. Goal are completed with the exception of fees, which will be approved in December, and master planning the facility. Master planning has been tabled to next year. 7. Staff Report Informational Updates  The Halloween Walk went well. We had 10 people representing the Rambling River Center.  The bean bag tournament had a small turnout but was fun and everyone that played said they would come again.  Thursday, December 1 there will be a Boards and Commissions reception. 8. Advisory Roundtable Smith – Would like to recruit more men to be on RRCAB Hennen – Is the train club doing Santa calls? Garlets – Nothing Koski – N/A Janke – Nothing Page – Table cloths for exhibits with the logo would be nice. Reichert - Nothing 9. Agenda Items for December 14, 2022 meeting  Review of Ageism  2023 Work Plan Ideas  2022 Meeting Attendance Report  2023 Arts and Crafts Fair 10. Adjourn Motion by Smith and seconded by Hennen to adjourn the meeting, APIF. Motion carried.
