Approve Minutes — May 19,2017 - Motion by Snobeck, second by Snowbeck to approve the minutes as presented. APIF, Motion Carried. 2. Water Citations a. 521 Oak Street — Douglas Jaeger — Denied first citation, waived second citation. b. 19780 Embers Ave — Brooke Anderson — Denied c. 22461 — Canova Court — Lee R. Gregory — Continued to July meeting d. 22402 Calico Court— Gina Trebil -Denied 3. Continued Business — None 4, New Business — None 5. Approve Bills — The charge for the truck billboard frame from Blackfire Creative Designs, will be removed and recoded to Solid Waste, Motion by Snobeek, second by Gassert to approve the bills as amended. APIF, Motion Carried. 5. Open Forum —The board and Director Gehler discussed the new resident packets. The board would like to know when packets are delivered and what is in them. This will be brought to the July meeting. Discussion regarding the watering policy and marketing and education for water restrictions could also be discussed at the July meeting. 6.
