COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
NOVEMBER 20, 1996
l. Acting Mayor Galler called the meeting to order at 6:4S P.M..
Members Present: Kuchera, Ristow, Gamer, Fitch, Galler.
MemberS Absent: None.
Also Present: City Administrator Erar.
1. The special meeting of the City of Farmington Canvassing Board for the recount
of ballots cast in the General Election held November S, 1996 was called to order by
Mayor Kuchera at 6:4S P.M.
2. MOTION by Galler, second by Gamer to adopt RESOLUTION NO. R120-96 accepting the
results of the recount of ballots cast in the General Election of November S, 1996.
VOTING FOR: Kuchera, Galler, Gamer, Fitch. ABSTAIN: Ristow. MOTION CARRIED.
3. There being no further business, a motion was made and seconded to adjourn at
6:S0 P.M..
