MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
JANUARY 14, 1995
1. Mayor Kuchera called the meeting to order at 8:00 A.M..
Members Present: Kuchera, Ristow, Galler, Fitch.
Members Absent: Gamer.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to interview candidates for seats
on Boards and Commissions.
3. The following candidates were interviewed:
Cheryl Thelen - HPC
Robert Shirley - Water Board
Craig Schlawin - Planning Commission/PARAC
Dennis Gramentz - Planning Commission
Don Slaughter - Planning Commission
Harbee Tharaldson - HPC
MOTION by Galler, second by Kuchera to appoint as follows: Cheryl
Thelen - HPC; Robert Shirley - Water Board; Craig Schlawin - Planning
Commission and PARAC; Dennis Gramentz - Planning Commission; Don
Slaughter - PARAC (if accepted); Harbee Tharaldson - HPC. APIF, MOTION
CARRIED.
4. MOTION by Galler, second by Ristow to adjourn at 10:00 A.M.. APIF,
MOTION CARRIED.
