MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
MAY 24, 1995
1. Mayor Kuchera called the meeting to order at 8:35 P.M..
Members Present: Kuchera, Ristow, GAmer, Galler, Fitch.
Members Absent: None.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson, Attorney Cairns.
2. MOTION by Ristow, second by Gamer to waive the 30 day waiting
period for the CLIF/CEEF raffle license. APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
3. MOTION by Galler, second by Kuchera to accept the resignation
of Tessa Kohorst as the Senior Center Coordinator and to authorize
advertisement for a replacement. APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
4. MOTION by Galler, second by Fitch to adjourn into executive
session at 8:40 P.M. to discuss annexation issues.
5. MOTION by Galler, second by Fitch to adjourn at 10:50 P.M..
APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
