MINUTES
JOINT MEETING
LAKEVILLE/FARMINGTON CITY COUNCILS
MAY 30, 1995
1. Mayor Kuchera called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M..
Members Present: Kuchera, Ristow, Fitch.
Members Absent: Gamer, Galler.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson.
2. The Lakeville and Farmington Councils reviewed the Wenger Bandshell
which had been jointly purchased by the two cities.
3. Dave French, representing the Metropolitan Mosquito Control District
gave a presentation of the District's programs.
4. Administrator Thompson gave an update on the Lakeville/Farmington
water interconnection, noting that a joint powers agreement had been
drafted and would be on the next agenda for Council consideration.
5. Vermillion River Watershed Management Organization representative,
Jim Robinette, gave a presentation on the Board's activities and
efforts by Lakeville to monitor and control surface water flows.
6. MOTION by Ristow, second by Fitch to adjourn at 7:15 P.M.. APIF,
MOTION CARRIED.
