MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
JULY 10, 1995
1. Mayor Kuchera called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M..
Members Present: Kuchera, Ristow, Gamer, Galler, Fitch.
Members Absent: None.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson, Attorney Grannis, Attorney Thissen.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to conduct an executive session
to discuss legal matters pertaining to annexation and East Farmington
condemnations.
3. MOTION by Galler, second by Ristow to adjourn. APIF, MOTION
CARRIED.
