EXECUTIVE SESSION
CITY COUNCIL
SEPTEMBER 20, 1995
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Mayor Kuchera.
Members Present: Kuchera, Fitch, Gamer, Galler, Ristow.
Members Absent: None.
Also Present: Interim City Administrator Finstuen, Finance Director
Henneke, City Engineer Kaldunski, Parks and Recreation
Director Bell, Police Chief Siebenaler, Liquor Store Manager Asher,
City Attorney Grannis, Labor Relations Consultant Karen Olsen.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the following:
a. AFSCME Council 14 petition regarding City clerical/technical
union.
b. Status of negotiations with 1995 Contract reopener concerning
reevaluation of Parkkeeper and Mechanic jobs.
c. Solid Waste staffing and reorganization.
3. MOTION by Galler, second by Fitch to adjourn at 8:00 P.M.. APIF,
MOTION CARRIED.
