MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL
SEPTEMBER 25, 1995
1. Mayor K~chera called the meeting to order at 9:05 P,M.
Members Present: Kuchera, Galler, Ristow, Gamer, Fitch
Members Absent: None
Also Present: Interim City Administrator Finstuen
2, The City Council was given a memo dated September 22, 1995 in which the Solid Waste
Manpower plan was outlined, Tom Kaldunski, Public Works Director, explained in his memo
that approval of this plan will allow the City to implement the residential recycling contract,
Motion by Galler, second by Gamer to approve the Manpower Plan which consists of the
following appointments:
Paul Speiker
Dan Duff
Walt Michaels
Steve Nordstrom
Promoted to Solid Waste Operator II
Promoted to Solid Waste Operator II
Appointed to General Laborer
Transferred to the Street and Utility crew
and appointed to Maintenance Worker I
APIF, motion carried.
3, The City Council briefly discussed the need for workshops for the City Council and staff
to discuss 1995/1996 Goals and future growth issues,
4, Motion by Fitch, second by Ristow to adjourn at 9:25 P,M.
