MINUTES
JOINT COUNCIL AND HRA MEETING
SPECIAL
DECEMBER 27, 1995
1, Mayor Kuchera called the meeting to order at 7:00 P,M.,
Members Present: Kuchera, Galler, Ristow, Gamer, Fitch.
Members Absent: None.
Also Present: Interim City Administrator Finstuen.
2, MOTION by Ristow, second by Kuchera to approve the agenda as presented. APIF,
MOTION CARRIED.
3, MOTION by Ristow, second by Gamer to adopt RESOLUTION NO. R146-95 approving TIF
District No.8, RESOLUTION NO. R146-95a approving TIF District No.7, and RESOLUTION
NO. R146b approving TIF District No.6, all in the City of Farmington Industrial Park
and to give the Economic Development Director and the HRA Attorney 3 months to
research methods to find $76,266 in contributions to offset LGA penalties associated
with the City establishing TIF Districts between July 1, 1994 and June 31, 1995,
thereby saving the City $190,663.82. APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
4, The members addressed other HRA issues, specifically dealing with JIT Powder
Coating development and mortgage subordination agreement.
5, MOTION by Ristow, second by Gamer to adjourn at 7:15 P,M..
