MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
MARCH 17, 1994
1. Mayor Kuchera called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M..
Members Present: Kuchera, Rotty, Orr, Ristow, Galler.
Members Absent: None.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson, Planner Tooker, Engineer
Kaldunski, Finance Director Henneke, HRA Director Henricks.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the East Farmington PUD
and Prairie Waterway.
3. Attorney Grannis reviewed the proposed PUD agreement, noting that
it was not a final document and would be simplified in a future draft.
4. City Planner Tooker reviewed the changes in the PUD focusing on
the Prairie Waterway.
5. Administrator Thompson presented an overview of the proposed TIF
plan.
6. MOTION by Rotty, second by Ristow to adjourn at 8:50 P.M.. APIF,
MOTION CARRIED.
