MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
JUNE 14, 1994
1. Mayor Kuchera called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. at
Ritter Farm Park Environmental Learning Center in Lakeville.
Members Present: Kuchera, Ristow, Orr, Rotty.
Members Absent: Galler.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson, Engineer Kaldunski.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss mutual concerns with
the Lakeville City Council.
3. The following matters were discussed:
a. Current development activities.
b. Boundary land use, plans and zoning.
c. Transportation planning and future road alignment/construction.
d. Joint water interconnection/emergency supply.
e. Stormwater management - new laws/regulations; future ponding,
Lake Marion drainage area and controls; Apple Valley, Lakeville,
Farmington drainage way (Fischer gravel/Valley Park); and
Prairie Waterway.
f. Proposed Farmington/Lakeville sanitary sewer interceptor.
4. MOTION by Ristow, second by Rotty to adjourn at 8:30 P.M.. APIF,
MOTION CARRIED.
