MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
NOVEMBER 9, 1994
1. Acting Mayor Rotty called the meeting to order at 6:30 A.M. at the
Farmington Middle School.
Members Present: Ristow, Orr, Rotty, Galler.
Members Absent: Kuchera.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson, School Board Members Brownawell,
Harms, Heman, Switzer, Superintendent Hanauer and
Community Ed Director Bloom.
2. Joint Meeting Room/Cable TV Access
It was indicated the School Board would like to keep its meeting room at
a school facility. It was agreed that the City would list its goals and
priorities relating to a meeting room and cable broadcasting/studio
along with estimated costs and report its findings to the School Board.
3. Administrator Thompson presented an overview of proposed plans,
including developments and future roads. Questions were raised relating
to estimated growth and the East Farmington Development.
4. Community Education Director Bloom presented the Community Ed
policies. A general consensus was reached regarding the policies and
that the next step would be implementation,

5. MOTION by Rotty, second by Galler to adjourn at 8:00 A.M.. APIF,
MOTION CARRIED.
