MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
JUNE 14, 1993
1. Mayor Kuchera called the meeting to order at the Senior Center
at 12:00 Noon.
Members Present: Kuchera, Ristow, Orr, Rotty, Galler.
Members Absent: None.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson, School Superintendent
Hanauer, School Board Chair Sifferath, Board Members Wacker,
McMurtrey and Switzer.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the City's annexation
petition. Background information was presented an a number of
issues were raised. The School Board agreed that since the annexation
had limited impact on the School District, it would remain neutral.
3. Other issues discussed were:
a. Fill Agreement - propose to split the difference 50/50.
b. Youth organizations, Parks and Recreation, Community Education.
c. Appears that a new elementary school will be located outside
of the City limits.
4. MOTION by Rotty, second by Galler to adjourn at 1:00 P.M..
