MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
MARCH 8. 1991
1. Mayor Kuchera called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M. at the Senior Center.
Members Present: Kuchera, Mayer, Orr, Derington, Galler.
Members Absent: None.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss goal setting for the City. John Vinton
explained the process and identified the following issues based on interviews:
a. Managing City growth.
b. Nature and location of business growth.
c. City's position on the regional airport.
d. Annexation.
e. Direction and role of the Planning Commission and HRA.
