MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
MAY 16, 1991
1. Mayor Kuchera called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Members Present: Kuchera, Orr, Derington, Galler.
Members Absent: Mayer.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the City's Mission Statement.
Administrator Thompson presented an overview of the visioning process and why it
was important to prepare a mission statement.
3. The Council discussed the various methods and format of a mission statement.
The Council listed the various perceived pros and cons of the City. It was the
consensus of the Council that it meet in special session on May 30, 1991 to discuss
what the City should be in the future.
4. MOTION by Orr, second by Galler to adjourn at 9:30 P.M. APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
