COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
AUGUST 12, 1991
1. Mayor Kuchera called the meeting

to order at 7:30 P.M. at the Eureka Town
Kuchera, Mayer, Orr, Derington.

Administrator Thompson, Planner Tooker.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss City/Township concerns with the
Eureka Town Board and Eureka residents. Various concerns were raised by the
board and residents most concerning annexation. The Council indicated that
it was the intent of the City to establish and maintain a dialogue with the
Board.
3. MOTION by Mayer second by Orr to adjourn at 9:10 P.M. APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
