MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
SEPTEMBER 10, 1992
1. Mayor Kuchera called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M..
Members Present: Kuchera, Mayer, Orr, Rotty.
Members Absent: Galler.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to consider the bids for Project 92-7 (1992 Street
Improvements) and the 1993 Budget and Tax Levy.
3. City Engineer Kaldunski presented the following bids for Project 92-7 as follows:

MOTION by Rotty, second by Orr to adopt RESOLUTION NO. RI08-92 awarding the bid for
Project 92-7 to Arcon Construction for $397,704.80 plus Alternate #2 for $8,671.60
(total bid of $406,376.40). APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
4. The Council next considered an update of the 1993 Operating Budget and Tax Levy
as outlined in the Finance Director's memo dated September 10, 1992. MOTION by Kuchera,
second by Orr to adopt RESOLUTION NO. RI09-92 adopting a proposed 1993 Budget and
adopting the 1992/1993 levy as follows:

$ 1,574,866.00
APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
5. MOTION by Mayer, second by Rotty to set November 30, 1992 at 7:00 P.M. and
December 7, 1992 at 8:00 P.M. as Truth in Taxation hearings. APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
6. MOTION by Mayer, second by Orr to adjourn at 6:30 P.M.. APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
