MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
APRIL 12, 1989
1. Mayor Kuchera called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Members Present: Kuchera, Sprute, Mayer, McKnight.
Members Absent: Galler.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to review the City Employee Compensation
Plan, specifically, job descriptions. The Council reviewed the following job
descriptions: Finance Director, Accountant I, Billing Clerk, Park and Recreation
Director, Facilities Maintenance Foreman, Park/Equipment Maintenance Foreman,
Parkkeeper, Arena/Pool Maintenance Worker.
3. The Council tentatively set a special meeting for April 28, 1989 at
7:00 P.M. to further consider the Compensation Plan.
