MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
NOVEMBER 7, 1990
1. Mayor Kuchera called the meeting to order at 4:30 P.M.
Members Present: Kuchera, Mayer, McKnight, Galler.
Members Absent: Sprute.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson, Administrative Assistant Finstuen.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to accept the results of the November 6, 1990
local election and approve the minutes of the October 15, 1990 regular meeting.
3. MOTION by McKnight, second by Galler to adopt RESOLUTION NO. R84-90 accepting
the results of the November 6, 1990 local election as follows:

4. Administrator Thompson informed the Council that his research supported that
October 15, 1990 minutes incorrectly stated the Council's intent relating to shallow
lot credits in the 89-3 assessment roll and conversely, the assessment roll was in
error. Administrator Thompson recommended the minutes be correct and assessment roll
be amended to properly reflect the change. MOTION by Galler, second by Mayer to amend
Paragraph #9 of the October 15, 1990 minutes by stating that a credit equal to a cor-
ner lot credit be shared and spread on a pro rated basis between the Falls and Mont-
gomery property. Said action is in lieu of a shallow lot credit. APIF, MOTION
CARRIED.
5. The Council directed the Mayor and Administrator to discuss the possibility of
sig~ing a waiver of notice and hearing related to the adoption of a supplemental
assessment roll (89-3) incorporating the aforementioned action.
5. MOTION by McKnight, second by Mayer to adjourn at 5:15 P.M. APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
