COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL

1. Mayor Akin called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.
Members Present: Akin, Mayer, Sprute, Uhl.
Members Absent: Kelly.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to consider the feasibility report for the
1988 Street Improvement Project.
3. Administrator Thompson informed the Council that it should accept the report
at this time and set a public hearing for June 6, 1988. Motion by Uhl, second
by Mayer to adopt Resolution No. R32-88 accepting the 1988 Street Improvement
Feasibility Report. APIF, motion carried.
4. Motion by Uhl, second by Sprute to adopt Resolution No. R33-88 setting a
public hearing for June 6, 1988 at 7:15 P.M. at City Hall to consider the 1988
Street Improvement Project. APIF, motion carried.
5. Mayor Akin set a work session of the Council for May 31, 1988 at 7:00 P.M.
for the purpose of further discussing the 1988 Street Improvement Project
Feasibility Report and assessment policy.
6. Motion by Uhl, second by Akin to adjourn at 7:45 P.M. APIF, motion carried.
