COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
NOVEMBER 5, 1986
1. Mayor Akin called the meeting to order at 5:00 P.M.
Members Present: Akin, Kelly, Sprute.
Members Absent: Mayer, Orr.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to meet as the election canvassing
board for the purpose of accepting the results of the 1986 local
election.
3. Motion by Kelly, second by Akin to adopt Resolution No. RI02-86
accepting the results of the 1986 local election. APIF, motion carried.
4. Motion by Kelly second by Sprute to adjourn at 5:15 P.M. APIF,
motion carried.
