MINUTES
COUNC I L MEET I NG
SPECIAL
SEPTEMBER 23, 1982
1. The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Present: Mayor Stegmaier, Councilmembers Cook, Kelly, Orr
Absent: Kuchera
Also Present: Admintstrator Ford, Deputy Treasurer Henneke
2. The Mayor opened the meeting at 7:00 P.M. and stated that the purpose
of this special meeting was the continuing review by the Council of the
1983 proposed budget. He stated that inasmuch as one member of the Council
was not present that it was his intention to deal with all matters in the
budget other than wages, at which time the Council would address themselves
at a special meeting of the Council for 7:00 P.M., September 27, 1982 which
he was calling for at this time. After some discussion among the members of
the Council, it was decided to go through the proposed budget and deal with
matters other than salaries and benefits. They then proceeded to do so.
3. The Council completed the review of the 1983 proposed budget in all
categories and all departments other than wages and benefits. The total net
amount of adjustments resulted in a total of $1,800 coming from Contingency.
4. Motion made and seconded to adjourn at 8:15 P.M.
