COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
JUNE 11" 1984
1. Mayor Akin called the meeting to order at 4:30 P.M.
Present: Akin" Cook, Kelly, Sprute.
Absent: Orr.
Also Present: Administrator Thompson, Attorney Gorgos
2. The purpose of the meeting was to consider the bids for the $125,,000 General
Obligation Tax Increment Bonds and authorizing the sale thereof.
3. Administrator Thompson read the following bids which were receiHed on the
issue:

two tractors from Carlson Equipment for the Council to inspect, and that they were
parked out back. The Council adjourned from the Council Chambers to inspect the
tractors.
5. Motion by Akin, second by Kelly to adjourn at 5:00 P.M. APIF, motion carried.
