MINUTES
COUNCIL MEETING
SPECIAL
APR I L 14, 1980
1. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 7:00 P.M.
Present: Mayor Akin, Councilmen Orr arid Whittier
Absent: Councilmen Johnson and Kuchera
Also Present: Karen Finstuen, Deputy Clerk
2. This meeting was called so that the Counci 1 could review the proposed
personnel plan and get copies of it to the Department Heads as soon as possible.
The Council then began its review.
3. At 7:25 P.M. Councilman Kuchera arrived.
4. After considerable discusslon the Council reviewed a large portion of
the plan and made numerous changes. They asked that it be put on the agenda
of April 21, 1980 so they could complete their review at that time.
5. Section 8 Housing was discussed and deferred to the meeting of April 2l,
1980.
6. Motion made and seconded to adjourn at 9:40 P.M.
