PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING
November 14, 2023
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Rotty at 7:00 p.m.
Members Present: Rotty, Tesky, Windschitl
Members Absent: Lehto, McAbee
Staff Present: Jared Johnson - Planning Coordinator
APPROVAL OFMINUTES
2.1- Approve Planning Commission Minutes
MOTION by Windschitl, second by Tesky to approve the meeting minutes of the
Planning Commission from September 12, 2023 regular meeting. APIF, MOTION
CARRIED.
3. PUBLICHEARINGS
None
4. DISCUSSION
4.1- Potential Code Amendments -Planning Coordinator Johnson introduced the
potential code amendments to the Commission. The majority of proposed
amendments are minor in nature consisting of spelling errors, adding definitions,
clarifying language, and updating uses and performance standards. The Commission
was in favor of the proposed amendments, therefore staff will perform final edits
and bring back formal draft ordinances for the Commissions consideration over the
next couple months.
5. ADJOURN
MOTION by Tesky, second by Windschitle to adjourn at 7:17 p.m. APIF, MOTION
CARRIED.
