INTRODUCTION:
The City Council authorized the negotiation of an employment agreement with Camille Hepola to
serve as the City's next City Administrator. However, an employment agreement was not able to be
achieved. The City Council now needs to provide staff and recruiter with David Drown Associates
direction on how to proceed.
DISCUSSION:
After interviewing two candidates for the position of City Administrator, the City Council voted to
engage in employment agreement negotiations with Camille Hepola. Unfortunately, an agreement
with Ms. Hepola could not be reached.
The City Council now needs to discuss how they would like to proceed with the City Administrator
recruitment process.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Provide Staff and Recruiter direction on how to proceed with the City Administrator recruitment
process.
