RE: Rescheduled Request for 2nd Administrative Hearing for Water Use Citation
Dear Mr. Mix,
A letter dated January 30, 2006 invited you to attend the Water Board's February meeting where
the Watet Board' would review your water citation appeal. I understand that Lee Mann, the
Director of Public Works informed you by phone that the Board cancelled the February meeting.
Your request for a second a(lministrative hearing scheduled for the Febmary 27 meeting has been
rescheduled. to the March meeting. The March regular meeting of the Water Board is Monday,
March 27 at 7:00pm at Farmington City Hall in Conference Room A.
Please remember that the penalty for violating the Water Use Restrictions Policy is $25 for the
first offense and $50 for subsequent offenses in a calendar year. Any outstanding fines will
continue to be added to your utility bills.
