Properties with daily watering permits are still not allowed to water between 12 noon and 6pm. . Other non-irrigating outside water uses such as vehicle washing e not restricted at this time. It may seem a little early to be thinking about outside water use, however, here is an early notice of what Farmington water users can expect for 2002. In order to ensure that the public safety and essential needs of the citi- zens are not jeopardized while still allowing water use flexibility, the Wa- ter Board has revised the policy on Water Use Restrictions. The revision goes into effect Jan- ~ uary 1, 2002 and is in effect year round. If weather conditions require a complete or revised ban in the future, up-to-date in- formation will be posted on the City's website at www.cLfarmington.mn.us and the City's cable information chan- nel 16. Failure to comply with the water use restrictions policy results in a fine of $25 for the initial incident and $50 for each subsequent violation during the same calendar year. Please call 463- 1610 with questions. . The only water we will ever have is what we have right now.
