Member Krueger called the meeting to order. Members Present: Jensen, Krueger Staff Present: City Engineer Mann, Finance Director Roland Others Present: Brian Feldt, 19228 Enchanted Way 2. Agenda was approved as presented. 3. A motion was made by Krueger and seconded by Jensen to approve the minutes of the October 21st meeting. APIF, Motion carried. 4. Water Use Citation Appeals a) Brian Feldt appeared before the Board to appeal his citation. The Board requested Engineer Mann contact the issuer of the citation to determine if the officer could recall any additional mitigating details of the violation. If not, the Water Board indicated that the citation would stand and not be waived. If additional mitigating information was forthcoming, staff was authorized to waive the fme for the violation. 5. Continued Discussion Items a) Well #5 Access Road - information received, final alignment to be determined and constructed in Spring of 2002. b) Pumphouse 6 & 7 - information received on pump house designs. c) Water Use Restrictions - flyer approved with minor revisions. 6. New Business a) Middle Creek Trunk Water Main Extension - A motion was made by Krueger and seconded by Jensen to order the Middle Creek Trunk Water Main Extension. APIF, motion carried. 7. A motion was made by Krueger, and seconded by Jensen to approve the bills in the amount of $16,548.35. APIF, motion carried. 8. Financial Report was reviewed and accepted and the City's 2002 Budget was forwarded to the Board. 9. Open Forum a) A motion was made by Krueger, second by Jensen to approve the expenditure of$1400.00 to obtain a new frequency for the SCADA system, since the unity gain antenna previously installed has not alleviated the interference problems. APIF, motion carried. b) Staff was directed to research costs for additional security lighting at the well houses and report the findings at a future meeting.
