SUBJECT: Well Site Acquisition - Vermillion Grove Development
DATE: May 29,2001
INTRODUCTION
Staff has continued negotiations for the well sites in the Vermillion Grove Development.
DISCUSSION
The developer originally proposed a total price for the two well sites of $166,000. Upon further
discussion, the developer has agreed to be compensated $75,000 for the well sites, which include
Outlots A and G in Vermillion Grove.
BUDGET IMPACT
The total cost for the two well sites is $ 75,000. The Water fund has sufficient reserves for this
acquisition.
ACTION REQUESTED
Approve acquisition ofthe subject well sites by motion.
